Before entering real estate, I spent several years in technology consulting. That experience shaped how I approach business today - analyse carefully, build systems that work, focus on practical outcomes. Those same principles translate directly to helping people buy and sell homes.
Over the years I have helped clients purchase their first homes, upgrade as their families grow, build investment portfolios, and transition into retirement. Being trusted to guide people through these important life moments is something I never take lightly.

My approach
Real estate is not just about properties. It is about people, timing, and decisions that will affect families for years.
My role is to act as a trusted advisor - not a salesperson. That means explaining the market clearly, highlighting risks when they exist, and helping clients avoid costly mistakes. Sometimes that means encouraging someone to move forward. Other times it means advising patience.
The goal is always the same: helping clients make thoughtful decisions they feel good about long after the transaction is complete. No Pressure. Just Results.
Building a family legacy
One of the most meaningful parts of this business has been watching our children grow into thoughtful, capable adults. Garima and Satvik have both joined the real estate profession and work alongside our team - seeing the next generation step into the business is something I am deeply grateful for.
It means the values we have built our business around - honesty, patience, and putting clients first - will continue long into the future. Real estate is a relationship business, and many of our clients have worked with us across multiple transactions over many years. That level of trust means everything.

Beyond real estate
Paul's BMW F750GS is his sanctuary - two wheels and open road are how he quietly recharges after a life spent showing up for others. His music taste is unapologetically wide: Indian and Western classical sit comfortably alongside country, pop, and desi pop, depending on the mood. A techie at heart, he follows emerging technology with genuine excitement - AI in particular energizes him, not as a buzzword but as a real shift in how people live and build businesses. He's also deeply spiritual, and finds his best moments in simple pleasures: a homemade pizza fresh out of the oven and unhurried time with family.
